Our Story
Christopher Saenz
For Christopher, great hospitality is about paying attention—the details, the room, and most importantly, the people in it. Nearly 20 years in restaurants, spanning operations, wine, and both sides of the house, have shaped an instinctive approach to making guests feel genuinely cared for. At Brass, that means creating an experience that feels polished without being prescribed, personal without being performative, and worth coming back to again and again.
Kyle Quinn
With 16 years of experience in kitchens throughout the Pacific Northwest, Chef Kyle Quinn has developed a deep appreciation for PNW cuisine, hospitality, and the outdoors that have always felt like home. His connection to the region and its landscape continues to influence the way he approaches food and brings people together. He believes great restaurants are built on exceptional food, genuine hospitality, strong leadership, and a culture where people are proud to be part of the team. At Brass, Kyle and the team are bringing those values together with a relentless approach to hospitality to create something truly special in Woodinville.
